Shipping & Delivery Terms
At www.healthylifeproducts.in, we want to make sure that your online shopping experience is great in terms of range, price and delivery. We have partnered with the best shipping companies in India to ensure that your product reaches you on time and in the best conditions.
Thanks for choosing our website for sportswear, sports good, fitness equipment and other accessories. When do you place order and get confirmation then our team follows process of dispatch and sends email or message confirmation?
We strongly advise to all customers for check goods/items thoroughly upon delivery before destroying packaging or removing any attached tags.
1. We dispatched all order via Speed Post, Courier and Cargo.
2. To see where your order is at in the delivery process please use your Track and Trace number sent in your order dispatch confirmation email.
3. Please supply a correct delivery address and contact number where someone will be present to receive the delivery.
4. A signature is required for your delivery. Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday.
5. While most orders are processed and collected by the courier the same day of business, please allow 3 – 10 business days for delivery. Rural and some non-connectivity residential areas may require an additional day(s) for delivery.
6. If you have ordered an item(s) that is out-of-stock or sold-out, then we will advise you of this as soon as we can. Additional delays may also occur if further payment or address information is required.
7. Shipping will be start for all domestic client/customer When International shipping will be start within 1month.
Delivery Charges Terms: –
We’re pleased to offer nationwide delivery at a nominal rate/free on placed orders.
We delivered shipments to outside India. All foreign orders will be dispatched as per shipping company tariff (freight rate) chart.
And we are delivering for foreign client as per items weight and volume weight. We will assure for reasonable price of courier charges via Aramex, DHL, Fed EX and EPS.
Prepaid/COD Charges: –
COD charges/service are applicable only for South and West Delhi customer. And we do not offer COD option for any other locality or city because we have not any collection partner till now.
